This course is for people who are neurodivergent and not currently in work, education, or training. Each person will get around 3 hours of personal support every week. The support is tailored to your needs and moves at your pace. The course helps you learn daily life skills, feel more confident in social situations, understand yourself better, and get ready for work, training, or learning.

Stride’s Independence Coaching provides an average of 3 hours tailored, one-to-one support every week, helping individuals to:

  • Develop daily living skills
  • Build social confidence
  • Deepen self-understanding
  • Prepare for employment or training
