The RedEverywhere Success Accelerator is an innovative employability programme that combines immersive Virtual Reality learning, practical employability skills, employer engagement, work experience opportunities, and personalised coaching.
Participants develop confidence, resilience and job-ready skills through a structured seven-week programme that includes:
- Virtual Reality workplace simulations
- Employability and confidence-building workshops
- CV development and job application support
- Interview preparation and practice
- Employer engagement and recruitment sessions
- Work experience opportunities
- Accredited and certificated learning
- Individual coaching and mentoring
A unique feature of the programme is the integration of immersive VR technology, enabling participants to experience realistic workplace environments, practise workplace scenarios and build confidence before entering employment.
Every participant is supported towards a guaranteed job interview and a clear progression route into employment, training, apprenticeships or further learning opportunities.
7-week programme
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
9:30 am – 2:30 pm
Additional 1:1 coaching sessions available on Thursdays by appointment.
Employer engagement activities and recruitment opportunities are integrated throughout the programme.
