Our Pathway into Hospitality (Positive Communities)

Delivered through both online and face-to-face formats, the programme includes an introduction to food allergens, awareness of First Aid at Work, and accredited Food Hygiene certification (Levels 1, 2, and 3 available).

Participants also benefit from self-awareness and personal development mentoring, alongside a tailored employability package to support job readiness. The journey continues beyond training with “My First 90 Days in Employment” coaching, complemented by ongoing support from a dedicated personal job broker.
