Sessions are community based with coaches able to come to the individual as well as from an office location.

Sride's coaches provide up to 3 hours of 1-1 support each week, helping individuals identify and overcome barriers to employment. As a specialist service for neurodiverse people, they focus on developing the pre-vocational skills that matter most to each individual, building confidence, independence, and workplace readiness.

With dedicated coaching, extensive experience, and strong relationships with disability confident employers, they are uniquely positioned to support individuals into meaningful and sustainable employment.

The personalised approach ensures that every participant receives the time, understanding, and practical support needed to achieve their goals.
