This programme is designed to help individuals build practical knowledge, habits, and emotional skills that support mental wellbeing in daily life, while achieving the Level 2 Certificate in Mental Health Awareness.
Through modular content and interactive learning, participants explore key topics such as stress management, emotional literacy, resilience, and effective communication. The course combines real-world application tools, reflection activities, and optional peer support to suit diverse needs and lifestyles.
By the end of the course, learners will:
- Understand core mental health concepts and common conditions
- Feel confident supporting their own wellbeing and recognising challenges in others
- Gain the nationally recognised Level 2 Certificate in Mental Health Awareness, opening pathways to further study or roles in health, care, and community support
