- Boxercise (Non-Contact Boxing Fitness)
- Multi-Sport Activities
- Low-Impact Fitness Sessions
These sessions are designed as a welcoming introduction to our wider support programme. Alongside physical activity, you'll have access to:

- Confidence-building opportunities
- Social connections and peer support
- Guidance towards positive lifestyle changes
- Signposting into Employability Support into the Hospitality, Sport and Leisure industry"
