ESI-UK's Employability Support Programme (Launchpad) is a free, flexible, and fully personalised programme designed to help you build confidence, develop real skills, and move into employment. Whether you're returning to work, starting fresh, or changing direction — this programme is built around you.

How the programme works:
1 - Initial Assessment & action planning - the team get to know you, your goals, skills and any barriers - and create your personalised roadmap.
2 - Skills & digital learning - workshops, digital skills sessions, and access to 100+ CPD-certified courses on your own learning platform.
3 - Blended learning experiences - providing bespoke learning experiences to support your development goals and career progressions.
4 - Employer & recruitment connections - meet local employers, gain sector insights and engage with live job vacancies and recruitment agencies.
