Construction Pathway - Positive Communities

Step into a programme built to boost your confidence, motivation and life skills while connecting you with people who share your journey with over 10 months of adviser support.

This is your chance to grow, achieve and move forward with purpose. You’ll work towards real qualifications, including your CSCS card and Health & Safety certification, opening doors to construction and other career pathways. Alongside this, you’ll gain practical support to shape your future whether that’s stepping into work, progressing into further education or building independence. Even better, you may be able access a fully funded provisional licence, motorbike lesson and CBT to help you become a safe, responsible and empowered member of your community.

This programme is about more than learning; it’s about transforming your future with the right support, the right people and the right opportunities.

Lunch is provided.

Dates: 

• CSCS Practice & Delivery is every Thursday and Friday (Customer Choice) Face to Face or Online.
• Active IAG is delivered every 2 weeks (Customer Choice) Face to Face at the Activity Centre or Online.

Delivery is tailored to individual needs with small groups of up to 4 or group sizes of up to 18 with 1 support tutor in a classroom environment.

Online learning can be arranged but individuals will need to be available for mock exams and tests within the classroom in person.
