What is AI?

This 5-week course introduces learners to the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in a simple, accessible way. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, learners will explore what AI is, how it works, and where it shows up in daily life - from voice assistants and social media to online shopping and smart devices.

Where: Thorne Library, The Vermuyden Centre, Field Side, Thorne, Doncaster DN8 4BQ

Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, learners will explore what AI is, how it works, and where it shows up in daily life - from voice assistants and social media to online shopping and smart devices. The course encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence in navigating a digital world shaped by AI.
